Modern Architecture

Crystal, with its evenly distributed smooth and shiny surfaces and sharp edges, inspired the designers of Crystal Palace. Its form and surface imitate the crystal structure and its sophisticated interior design echoes the precious qualities of crystal.

Architecture as a symbol

Crystal Palace is the image of the companies it houses and boldly reflects the vision of those who watch the city below from their business premises.

The fusion of different functions in a perfect infrastructure of comfort enables effective interconnection of different business, leisure and relaxation activities. The conceptual design of spaces is bold and includes modern interpretations and top-quality finishings which create airiness, transparency and a sense of permanence. Workplaces are naturally lit through large, high quality glass walls, adequately shaded and air-conditioned, so as to provide a continuously high level of comfort throughout the year.

The architecture exploits the synergy of sustainable environment-friendly concepts. It confidently places the building in the urban structure of the city and, by creating new public spaces goes beyond mere appeal, creating new aesthetic and city-building values.

The main entrance to Crystal Palace is marked by a fountain next to the restrained design of a square along the south-east edge of the development. From the entrance hall, new views open out to water along the slanted northern façade, blurrily reflecting the image of the upper floors. On the other side, the views open to the lively shopping areas.

The business premises on the northern side of the palace are open and without supporting walls, giving room to offices with views on the outside edge and reception areas, secretary’s offices and centrally located open plan work areas. The concept enables division into two separate units with their own entrances.
